Preface: What to Expect from this Program


Welcome to the Werewolf Program. What you now hold in your hands is your key to going from Soft to Savage in 3 months. Our goal is to take your from position of novice or casual lifter to an absolute beast in the gym in as little time as possible. That doesn’t mean were rushing. On the contrary, much patience is required. If you're an intermediate lifter and you have plateau'd, you may find that you’ll actually be doing less ‘stuff’ (or volume) than you're used to and wondering what gives. But brace yourself. Prepare yourself for transformation. Every set you do on this program is specifically designed to bring the Beast out of you. It has been engineered specifically to tap into your inner potential in the most efficient way possible, assuming that your resources (energy and discipline, as well as time and money) are precious to you, and not to be wasted. So join me, as I walk you along the path from where you are now, to the heights of your power and potential.


My name is Liron Kayvan. I am Fitness Coach based in Los Angeles, California. I have over 10 years training experience and am versed in a wide range of physical endeavors including Combat Sports and Rugby, as well as the Art and Science of Strength Training. I have taught Krav Maga, am a BJJ Blue Belt and have trained thousands of men and women who wanted to tap their inner potential. Along the way I have had many successes and failures, and have gained the experience required to be the authority you need, through Blood, Sweat and, well I never cried about it honestly. But still. I have suffered and made mistakes, and this program was made to minimize wasted efforts and maximize results.


This program is Unisex program, although no doubt many more men will be drawn to it. It is performance based, but if you practice good nutrition, your aesthetic will undoubtedly improve as a byproduct. It begins with Foundation. It builds with Strength. It culminates in a Power phase. It is concerned with nothing less than Transformation. It is simple, time effective, practical. Most of all, it is a RESULTS-based program.


I wrote this program because, although I have probably trained at a dozen or more gyms in my life, I always got one response: You train like a beast. I never really paid much attention, but over time I came to realize that most people do not, in fact, train like a beast. They train like very civilized and very boring people. Some of them don’t care to be a beast. But most of them want to. They just don't know how. So here is the education I would give the masses. Minus the mistakes I made and the stupid bullshit many profess. Remember: Results.


The structure is 12 weeks, split into 3 phases (each 4 weeks). It borrows from the science of the highly respected and science proven NASM-OPT model, which stipulates that maximum power capacity can be achieved only after neuromuscular efficiency and endurance have been achieved.


Phase 1 is our Foundation phase. It is mainly core-focused, but will address the entire body. To shock you into shape, there is a focus here on higher rep ranges, good form and mind-muscle connection. You will find balance and stability work. You may have to drop the weights you were used to as you truly clue in on good movement patterns and master your technique.

Phase 2 is our Strength phase. This will look most like what you think of as traditional body building. Think more weights, higher intensity. Generally speaking we are looking at 3 - 8 reps in the Upper Body and 8-12 in the Lower Body. You will find that your Strength gains will be enormous as you build upon the Foundation you have laid in phase 1.

Phase 3 consists of Power (Explosive) work. It looks like a mix of Strength work and Plyometrics. Whilst you may recognize a lot of the work you do here, not all is as it seems. We are still focused with good movement quality here. But now is the time let yourself be unchained and really have fun with the program. You will feel like you are flying. An unstoppable force in the gym. People will run and cower from your intensity, yet keep you in the corner of their eye in shock, awe and admiration. This is what this program is about.


By programs end, you will be not only a well rounded Athlete but a feared competitor. What you have achieved will carry over to most sports including ‘softer’ sports like Basketball and Soccer as well as harder sports like Football, Rugby and MMA. Exercises include fan favorites such as Landmines, Swings, Sled Drags, Landmines, Cleans, Presses, Turkish Getups and Windshield Wipers. So…are you ready to start? Then let the fun begin.
